A BYD e6 electric taxi burst into flames following a collision with a Nissan GT-R in the Chinese city of Shenzhen on May 26. China Car Times reports that the driver of the GT-R might have been drag-racing while intoxicated. The Nissan was reportedly traveling at between 90 mph and 125 mph when it hit the BYD.
New Nissan Qashqai Premier Limited Edition kicks off new Qashqai sales
The new Nissan Qashqai has only just been revealked, and Nissan are starting sales in the UK and Europe with a special, high spec limited edition Qashqai – the Nissan Qashqai Premier Limited Edition. The Qashqai Premier is limited to 2007 cars – denoting the year the Qashqai was originally launched – and will be available only to existing Nissan customers. The Qashqai Premier gets based on the Tekna spec but gets extra equipment.
The Peugeot 207 Sportium
It’s moving metal time again; that slow old time that starts once the new September registration fever has worn off, and before the new year arrives. And one of the best ways to move metal – or at least get punters to come and have a look – is to launch a limited edition model with some cut-price kit bolted on.
